In all of my years, I don't think I've had a better vehicle purchase experience. Our salesman (Nick) was the most knowledgable car salesman I've worked with. There are so many features on our new Sierra Denali; Nick demonstrated the features and quickly answered any questions. He is a very professional guy with a great personality - I would not hesitate to go back to him with any future purchase. Justin was great to work with regarding the financial side. He also was very professional and obviously knows his products. He made what I typically consider to be the most painful part of a new vehicle purchase pretty painless. We met Wil Wilkerson and spoke with him a few times during the purchase and vehicle pickup process. We had no doubt that he places a great emphasis on hiring good people. The service advisor and tech went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and accomplish a task I asked them to look into. They took time and found an update that many other delaships just said they couldn't do it or wouldn't. At first it didn't take and they said they would not charge me for it but the tech didn't stop looking and found the second patch which got it to work.

Wilkinson was the first dealership I have ever trusted to work with. In the 9 year relationship I have always been treated well until recently. I used to get a complimentary car wash and vacuum of the cabin. Things change and maybe that's not part of the service any longer.... ok. I'm afraid to ask, honestly. I had an issue with the prior 3 services and kept forgetting to mention on the next because I can (or thought I could) trust the work being done on my car. Prior to this service (oil and rotation), 3 times, I had one tire censor reading 5 to 8 lbs greater than the rest. When I arrived, I wasn't asked about my service only the diagnostic I was to receive. I said, "Wait, let's talk about the service first." And explained the problem I had for 3 prior services. What was the reply? Not: "Thanks, good to know." or "I'll make a note for our service team." or "OK." oreven "That information surprises me." The response I heard was "What do you want them set at?" HUH????? So I said "I don't care, but the service department should know where to set them so that they are all within 1 lb of each other." Then I had to hear, "We'll show you how to let out air or just stop by." Oh buddy. I am nearly 60 years old. I am female. AND I DRIVE A TRUCK! I know how to let air out of a tire, but I shouldn't have to when the service department isn't paying attention to detail as it used to be in the past. I am starting to look for another vehicle, but I don't think I'll be looking with Wilkinson. I used to share with friends how much I loved Wilkinson Service Dept. Not anymore. I'm listening to where others are sending folks because I am currently looking for a place to have regular maintenance done. The diagnostic didn't go so well either. I have an intermittent electrical problem going on with my truck. Since it's intermittent a diagnostic isn't showing anything (at least I want' charged for the dx). I would have thought that perhaps there might have been a database to check. If the service dept knew they couldn't dx it when I was crystal clear that I couldn't replicate the problem, then they should have told me from the start - in equally crystal clear language. I hate to send this feedback because of living in a small area and repercussions, but I was just aghast on the conversation that took place. It's like the person checking me in didn't even listen to the words I was using or trying to process them but put me on the defensive with issues I was having with their department.

Our 2026 Chevrolet Colorado gave a dashboard message that the antilock braking system needed service. I was able to schedule it for the next day, and we took it in for them to do a diagnostic. Had check engine light on and had oil changed. I live about 5 miles from dealership. On the way there the engine oil light came on and the alarm started pinging. The oil pressure gauge went to zero. At the dealership I got in line and turned engine off. After about 10 minutes I cranked engine to move into the check in bay. The oil light and alarm ping was off but started back as I pulled into the bay. I turned engine off. The service agent checked me in and I explained all the above problems. Also explained that having occasional hard starting problems. Picked up truck next day and drove home everything fine. Drove about 15 miles next day noticed a little hesitation when first cranked. Next day tried to crank three times and failed. Drove another vehicle. Next day tried again and cranked on second try. Let run about 10 minutes turned off and started again with no hesitation. That afternoon tried with remote start,engine turned over but failed to start. The check engine light has not come back on but I am not driving truck because l am afraid it won’t start and leave me stranded. Sorry about the long winded reply but not sure where to go from here.
