Chevy Malibu Interior

Drivers in and around Sanford, NC still love a sturdy midsize sedan, and thankfully there are more great options in that segment than ever. The 2021 Chevy Malibu is one model we’re proud of here at Wilkinson Automotive, but we’re aware of how tough the competition can be. Today, we’re pitting the Chevy Malibu vs. the Toyota Camry to see which vehicle is a better option for our customers.

Features

While there are plenty of ways in which the Chevy Malibu and Toyota Camry are similar, one way in which the Chevy Malibu stands out is in its long list of standard features. For example, only the Chevy Malibu come standard equipped with Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™.

It also is the only one of the two to offer up Teen Driver Technology, which allows parents to view a driver report card and limit speeds. Finally, like many other Chevy vehicles, the Chevy Malibu comes with OnStar®, which offers added protection for a crash or stolen vehicle.

Technology

While both vehicles offer attractive and easy-to-use infotainment systems, the Chevy Malibu comes with a slightly larger eight-inch touchscreen. The Toyota dashboard, meanwhile, offers just seven inches of touchscreen interface.

Cargo & Passenger Space

The Chevy Malibu boasts slightly more cargo volume, with 15.7 cubic feet of space compared to 15.1 cubic feet of space in the Toyota Camry.

The same is true for max passenger volume, in which the Chevy Malibu offers 102.9 cubic feet of total space, while the Toyota Camry comes in at 100.4 cubic feet.
